Kate Acker, sr., OH, Catholic Memorial: Really is there anything the area's player of the year can't do well. She was the Crusaders' top server, often setting the tone for the team's matches, but she was also an excellent passer and an explosive hitter. She served 66 aces but also had her best season handling serves and recorded 269 kills and a .337 hitting percentage. She signed with the University of Denver.

Patti Abshire, sr., L, Catholic Memorial: Her leadership and ability to create scoring chances out of broken plays helped make her the Classic 8 conference player of the year. She posted 71 aces and a serve percentage of .946, which was her best. The Duquesne University recruit also posted a school-record 2.443 serve-receive percentage (38 errors in 657 serves handled), and last but not least, played unrelenting defense.

Kelli Browning, sr., MH, Catholic Memorial: The 6-foot-4 Browning presented an imposing presence at the net. She had a hand in 174 blocks this season, which was her best defensively. She also had her best season offensively, tallying 273 kills and a school-record .492 hitting percentage and hit almost 95% of her serves in play. She signed with Creighton University.

Aly Kujawa, sr., OH, Catholic Memorial
