Channel 12 to feature CMH alum Patrick Butrym '07

from WISN.Com --

MILWAUKEE -- WISN 12 will broadcast a primetime Big 12 Sports special, "Return to the Rose Bowl," at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 29. Sports Director Dan Needles [CMH '81] will be in Pasadena that night and will have live reports on WISN 12 News each day leading up to the Rose Bowl on Saturday, Jan. 1. An encore presentation of the Big 12 Sports special will air on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. just before coverage of the 122nd Rose Parade begins.

The half-hour "Return to the Rose Bowl" special will feature some of the hometown stars of this year's Wisconsin Badgers, including Defensive End J.J. Watt and Defensive Lineman Patrick Butrym. Watt's family invites WISN's Stephanie Sutton to their home to show her how they’ve raised three boys who have all had success on the gridiron. Butrym, whose father won a National Championship playing basketball at Marquette, talks about how he wound up playing football at his dad’s biggest school rival.

According to Pat's dad, Craig, they tried to get CMH in the discussion as often as possible. Thanks!
