Follow-up coverage on the Boys Soccer Voctory at the Dutchmen

CMH, Pewaukee win tournaments

OOSTBURG – The Catholic Memorial High School boys soccer team went 3-0 with three shutouts to win the four-school Oostburg Tournament over the weekend. Memorial beat Manitowoc Lincoln 1-0, Campbellsport 2-0 and Oostburg 2-0.

Memorial freshman forward Mitchell Krismer had two goals and an assist, and junior midfielder Patrick McNulty had a goal and an assist in the tournament. The lone goal against Manitowoc came in the first half from sophomore forward Joel Balicki off an assist from McNulty. Memorial scored a goal in each half in its next two games.

Junior midfielders Ryan Allen and Jonah Sutherland teamed up for the first goal against Campbellsport, with Allen scoring and Sutherland getting the assist. Krismer scored in the second half with an assist from senior midfielder Nate Craft. Krismer had an unassisted goal and assisted on a goal by McNulty against Oostburg as the Crusaders improved their overall season record to 6-1.
