• • • WAUKESHA – Catholic Memorial scored a 4-0 nonconference shutout over Milton on Thursday at Carroll University to run its overall record to 9-2-1. Senior midfielder Amy Bennett scored the Crusaders’ first goal on assists by freshman midfielder Ava Olson and junior defender Val Gonyo at 7 minutes, 18 seconds. Gonyo scored unassisted at 21:30, then freshman forward Julie Fischer converted an assist by junior forward Milena Uzelac at 25:57 before Uzelac completed the scoring with a goal assisted by Fischer at 55 minutes. CMH sophomore goalie Greta Davis made four saves.

The Crusaders will begin play in the Laura Moynihan Tournament at 4 p.m. today against Nicolet at Milwaukee’s Uihlein Soccer Park.
