CMH Students’ Artwork Awarded Highest Honors in State Competition

The artwork of five CMH students has been awarded Gold Keys, the highest award, in the Wisconsin Scholastic Art Awards held at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Students from 81 schools throughout Wisconsin entered the competition. 365 pieces of artwork were chosen to receive either silver or gold keys from 1284 entries. Award winners will be on display at the Milwaukee Art Museum from Feb. 6 through Mar. 21.

All artwork awarded Gold Keys will advance to the Scholastic Art Awards National Competition held annually in New York.

CMH’s five Gold Key Award winners are:

Ian McGilvray, Senior, Drawing
Haley Henschel, Junior, Drawing
Teresa Gagliano, Senior, Mixed Media
Dylan Crain, Senior, Digital Art
Sam Spence, Senior, Digital Art
