And from the DC front.

Not necessarily a good day for our group here in DC, but I won't dwell on those quandaries of high school group travels and travails.

The kids broke up into smaller groups today to explore aspects of DC. Some to The National Holocaust Museum, some to the memorials on the mall, some to see Georgetown University. We will gather together again in about an hour for a group dinner and then it is on to the sidewalk in front of the US Supreme Court to pray the rosary for life.

On Saturday's, the church traditionally prays the joyful mysteries -- the Annunciation, the Visitation, the Nativity, the Presentation, and the Finding of Jesus on the Temple. All focused on the infant or child who is Jesus -- how fitting considering the reason for our trip.
