Memorial tops Menomonee Falls
Bray’s 27 leads Crusaders

MILWAUKEE – Senior guard T.J. Bray scored 27 points as the Catholic Memorial High School boys basketball team beat Menomonee Falls 68-63 in the Wisconsin Basketball Yearbook Shootout at the Al McGuire Center on Monday.

Catholic Memorial lost to Wisconsin Lutheran 61-59, while Arrowhead nipped Menomonee Falls 67-66 in overtime...

Catholic Memorial trailed by as many as 15 points, 37-22, in the third period, but mounted a comeback in which the Crusaders outscored Wisco 26-16 in the fourth quarter.

Two free throws by Dillon Connors with 10 seconds remaining brought Memorial within two points, and Pucylowski quickly fouled Lutheran’s Davis.

Davis missed both free throws with eight seconds to go, then fouled Memorial’s Schell with one second to play.

But Schell, the game’s leading scorer with 23 points, missed both free throws.

Bray added 17 points and seven assists, while Davis led Wisco with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Pucylowski led Memorial in rebounds with six...
