FREEMAN’S ALL-COUNTY FOOTBALL TEAM

A CAPSULE LOOK AT THE FIRST TEAM



OFFENSE

LINE Jacob Krause, senior Catholic Memorial

Krause (6-2, 255) helped the 9-4 Crusaders run for 1,626 yards and tally 2,026 yards during the nine-game regular season.A first-team Classic 8 pick, Krause has received collegiate interest from several Ivy League schools.“Jake is a twoyear starter and our best lineman,” CMH coach Bill Young said.


DEFENSE

LINE Charlie Tell, senior Catholic Memorial

Tell (6-3, 240) was a first-team Classic 8 selection for third-place Memorial.The tackle recorded 48 tackles, two quarterback sacks, five tackles for loss, two knockdowns and two forced fumbles for a team that allowed 11.3 points per game in the regular season.“Charlie plays the position with a lot of energy,” CMH coach Bill Young said.“Charlie is an excellent pass rusher who led our team in quarterback pressure.”

PUNTER Austin Pucylowski, senior Catholic Memorial

Pucylowski (6-4, 225) was a first-team Classic 8 pick for the second straight season after averaging 43.1 yards per punt during the regular season. He is being recruited by several NCAA Division I schools. Pucylowski also starts at tight end and caught four touchdown passes. Opponents had a 5.1-yard per return average during the regular season thanks to Pucylowski’s hang time. His longest punt was 63 yards.
