Late addition lifts Memorial
Crusaders win Classic 8 tournament

WAUKESHA – Chad Bonis returned at the perfect time for the Catholic Memorial High School boys volleyball team. After CMH fell behind 2-0 in the title match of the Classic 8 Conference Tournament, Bonis returned from taking his ACTs and sparked the Crusaders to a 23-25, 23-25, 25-23, 25-21, 15-12 victory over host Waukesha West. “That gave us a lit bit of an emotional boost,” CMH coach Mike Hanneman said of the middle’s return. “I think it just eased everyone in there that we normally have, and it made everyone more confident.” ...
