From the Classic 8 Conference Preview --

The Crusaders have to replace second-team all-state defensive back Ryan Stefaniak but return the entire offensive line. Defensively, the team returns seven starters after winning nine games last season, the most since 10 in 2001.

MILESTONES -- Catholic Memorial's Bill Young [is] the cusp of milestone victories. Young, who is entering his 32nd year as the Crusaders' coach, needs six victories to reach 250. He is 244-90 (.730).

Austin Pucylowski, sr., P/T, Catholic Memorial: Rated 38th among seniors by Wissports.net, Pucylowski made all-Classic 8 last year as a punter and offensive tackle.
