CMH alum teaches Theology of the Body

Today was Deacon Dan Janasik's (CMH '97) presentation to the student on Theology of the Body.

While the incident at New Berlin Eisenhower of a few weeks ago may be fading from the thoughts of our students, recall that one of the steps that we at CMH are taking is a use of Pope John Paul the Great's Theology of the Body as a means for all of us to better understand these complex matters in today's world.

Today, all of our students took part in assemblies where Deacon Janasik presented an overview on Theology of the Body for Teens.

I encourage all CMH parents to ask their kids about this so that they can better process and apply it.

On a related note, CMH is very proud of Dan for his response to God's call of a priestly vocation. With all good graces he will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, May 23rd, at 10:30am, at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. Dan's vocation is a blessing to the Church, his family, and to CMH. Please keep him in prayer and even consider attending the ordination.

A comment after Deacon Janasik's presentation to parents --

Thank you very much for inviting Deacon Dan to speak on the Theology of the Body. His presentation last evening was excellent with so many good stories, examples and analogies. It was also great to listen to the concerns and experiences of other parents during the question and answer session. I hope you plan more of these events and would love to have Deacon Dan involved at CMH!
